Exterior: Hotel does not look impresssive from street despite being 21 stories tall.
Lobby/Check In: Lobby is small but was fully decorated for Halloween. Check in was smooth and I was upgraded to a preferred room on the 19th floor. 19 - 21 are SPG floors with the Club Lounge located on the 20th. Security staff told me hotel does have jr. suites that have half again as much square footage as a standard room and these rooms also have an extra bank of windows. There is one full size suite...the Sintra Suite.
Hotel Decor: The entire hotel has a movie star theme that intends to tie into Universal Studios Theme Park located just 1 mile across the street.
Room: My room was a double queen on the 19th floor. Everything was fine. One nice extra I enjoyed was the Bose Wave Radio. A/C unit ran well without being overly loud. Windows could use cleaning.
Club Lounge: Cocktails and snacks in the evening. Breakfeast in am. Lounge opened about 20 minutes late the evening of my stay, but selection was good. Breakfeast had a very nice selection of fresh fruits in addition to other standard offerings.
Gym: Standard set-up with weights, tredmill, etc.
Pool: Exterior pool. I did not utilize.
Dining: I did not use full service bar, resutrant, or room service.
Location: Great location for business travelers during slow season in Orlando. I would not recommend this location for buiness during the peak season for theme parks however. Great location for lesisure travelers especially to Univeral Studios and Sea World.
Overall: Very nice property at a good value.
