I have stayed at the Westin Atlanta Airport several times in the past year. All have been good. My last stay, however was a great one!

I arrived at the SPG counter around 4pm after a long 10 hour flight from Frankfurt, Germany. I had booked an award night the night before online and was past the cutoff time for canceling the award night. Nevertheless, I am less than 10 stays away from PM status and wondered if there was any chance I could cancel the award night and pay for the room, allowing me to add more one stay towards my PM status. I stayed two nights while in Europe, one in Munich and one in Frankfurt, so I wanted to keep the ball rolling.

The front desk professional picked up the phone and called SPG, explained the reason for the request, confirmed the changes could be made, made the changes and handled me my breakfast voucher all within three minutes!! I was impressed with the outstanding professional service (I have already written a nice letter)

Once a arrived in my room, I noticed the tv did not work, no problem, they moved me directly across the hall, still SPG Floor and helped me with my baggage. Later, when I ordered room service, the gentleman that delivered it to my room, ask how my trip to Europe was and he was glad to hear I was staying with them at the Westin Atlanta Airport again! I was again impressed with the personal touch of customer service.

I always seems to sleep so well at this Westin!! You know why?, it is in a very quite section of road. Sure it is right next to the airport, however, ask for a room facing Best Road and you will sleep like a baby. The decor in the room is nice, things are getting a little worn but still in good, acceptable shape.

I always look forward to the breakfast buffet at this Westin! It is one of the best in the Southeast! My parents joined me and thanks to the front desk the night before, the voucher was made out for three people even though I was the only guest at the hotel.

In all, the Westin Atlanta Airport has done a great job treating me like a King and a valued SPG member. This last stay however was a great way to end a great vacation!
