This hotel is a well-maintained and well-staffed Sheraton. Check-in was pleasant. There was a short wait as several people arrived at once. There was not recognizable SPG line. My Platinum status was recognized at check-in. I was upgraded to a Club floor room and offered the Platinum amenity.
The restaurant is quite good with good friendly service. The meals were fairly priced. The food quality was good and the service was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and well-appointed. Fairly standard "hotel size" rooms. The hotel has been there 25 years (they have a banner in the lobby) but is not showing the wear. It has been well-maintained and renovated.
The club lounge breakfast was fine, perhaps a bit small. The breakfast included juice, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, pastries, yogurt, bagels and breads. The staff was good. I was not there for the evening service, so I cannot comment on that.
There is a pool but I did not use it.
There are two computers with internet access in the lobby for guest use. There is also ethernet connection in the rooms. I did not use it so I did not check if there was an additional fee (a pet peeve--I hate that in higher end hotels!).
There is a small gift shop for the things you forgot.
Overall this hotel is fine, especially for business travel. The hotel is in good condition physically, but it is the staff that makes the difference. Everyone was uniformly pleasant, attentive, and helpful. I will return.
