The four nights consisted of 4 one night stays from mid April 2006 through early May 2006. I only stayed here because it was the only Starwood property for sixty miles.
Check In: Three of four instances, clerks did not recognize my plat status. In one of the three instances that I was not recognized, they charged me 1000 SPG points to be on the club floor and did not tell me that they did that. I had to check my account online to see that.
Service: One lady was nice, the rest were abysmal. No recognition of status, did not make an effort to rectify numerous problems (see room and facilities) or even inquire as to why you had a problem.
Room & Facilities: This is an amazingly large property that is nothing short of a maze. They do give you a map upon check in but it is still quite difficult to navigate your way to/from your room. Each of my four stays were basic rooms. Two were on the club floor of which they charged me 1000 points to be on the first time. Three of four times, I received 2 Queens when my profile and reservation states king bed. Wireless access is excellent in some rooms and very low or bad in others. Two of the four rooms, I could not use the wireless due to bad reception. Rooms facing the indoor pool are extremely noisy with children. I was moved from this room facing the pool to a room facing the freeway which wasn't much better. The third stay had a dead mouse under the ottoman. The lighting was dim and on one stay, two of the lights in the room did not work.
The club lounge is of decent size with decent hot selections in the morning and evening. The lady that runs it is there in both the morning and evening shifts. She is quite talkative. However she makes no bones about it, that she accepts tip with the big tip basket on her check in desk.
Overall Stay: Like stated above, It is the only Starwood property for 60 miles (Denver) and because I needed to get some stay credits, I stayed here. I do not recommend this property at all. If you stay here, you do so forewarned.

I stayed here a couple years ago and it doesn't sound like things have changed much. The pool was overrun with screaming kids as was the hot tub. The club level was a disappointment and the rooms were old -- I was hoping they would have updated it by now!
